C&B Landscape Management was started almost 24 years ago with a truck and a push mower. It was founded on the principal and motto “I’m only as good as the staff I put out in the field” and the Founder/Consultant Chris has stuck to that motto as he has grown the company. The business reflects a relationship centered on the customer and services provided by the best talent the industry has to offer. It is reflective in the quality of care, service and commitment that is placed on the staff and passed onto the customer. C&B Landscape works to ensure that each and every customer receives the absolute best quality of services, utmost professionalism and goes the extra mile in all industry standards.
Chad is the President/Owner of C&B Landscape Management. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy. Since graduating college, he has worked as an assistant golf course superintendent for the PGA Tour Inc. in Florida, Louisiana and Texas. After concluding his career in the golf course management industry, he spent 13 years as an Agronomic Sales Representative for one of the largest chemical and fertilizer distributors in the United States. He joined C&B Landscape Management in 2015. He was born and raised right here in Collin County where he grew up with an agricultural background. Chad is married to his wife Jessica and has two boys, Landon and Logan. Chad enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling, and spending time with his family at the beach or in the mountains.
Chris is the president / owner of C&B Landscape Management. Chris started his journey in 1987 when he started as a chemical application technician for Chemlawn. After several years and gaining knowledge of the industry he & his wife then formed what is now known as C&B Landscape Management. He started the company by himself with a truck and a push mower. With the help of his wife, the past 24 years they have grown their business through relationships focused on customer service and acquiring the best talent the industry has to offer. Chris & JoAnn strongly believe in the expression “I’m only as good as the staff I put out in the field”. Chris has great devotion to his company and is extremely focused on ensuring each of his customers receive the quality and professionalism above and beyond the industry standard. In his spare time he enjoys time with his wife and their DFW rescue labs.
Jessica is the Human Resources/Chief People Officer of C&B Landscape Management. She graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Marketing. She later earned her Certification in Teaching, and taught Special Education for the past 16 years. Jessica is thrilled to be a part of C&B and focuses on working alongside the employees to make sure that each person feels appreciated and enjoys coming to work every day. She loves gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Nic is the Vice President of Commercial Construction at C&B Landscape Management. He graduated from North Central Texas College with an Associate of Science (AS) with a concentration in botany. Then went on to the University of North Texas to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) Degree in Real Estate. After graduating college, he went on to pursuit a career in commercial construction. With almost 15 years of construction experience, he strives to be a servant leader in support of every level of the organization and all facets of the business, including estimating, scheduling, project and field management, risk management, marketing, and business development. He joined C&B Landscape Management in 2024 as a native of Collin County where he grew up. Away from the office Nic is a dedicated family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, and their two children. Nic enjoys hunting, clay pigeon shooting, mountain biking and spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
Cody Janssen is the newest member of the C&B Landscape Management team. He was born and raised in Dallas Ft. Worth area. Cody’s passion for maintaining turf and landscape runs deep in his roots, as a fourth-generation golf course superintendent. Cody graduated from Western Texas College and was a golf course superintendent for nine years before coming aboard. Cody is married to his wife Natalie and together they have a daughter. Cody enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Greg Smith is an Account Manager with C&B Landscape Management. He has experience in the landscape and irrigation industry for over 15 years. Greg has a strong understanding of all the vital pieces of landscape management that makes him victorious in his position. He has a passion for people and excels in customer communication and forging good working relationships with our customers. When Greg is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé Andrea and their 2 dogs. Greg has a daughter and 2 grandchildren.
Jordan Young is an Account Manager with C&B Landscape Management. Born in Abilene, raised in Stephenville, Texas, Jordan graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor's degree in Horticulture and Landscape Management. Jordan spent 11 years in the golf industry as an assistant golf course superintendent, and recently made the transition to landscape management. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family. Jordan has been married to his wife Tori for 10 years, and together they have a 3 ½ year-old daughter. Jordan’s love for the outdoors extends beyond his professional life, as he enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
Francisco Acuña Jr. is the manager of the irrigation department at C & B Landscape Management. He is a second-generation irrigator and heads up our irrigation team that has over 80 combined years of experience in the field. Francisco has been a Texas Licensed Irrigator since 2010 and also is a Licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester since 2011. Francisco also acquired his certification for Landscape Irrigation Auditing and Management in 2014 through Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys teaching his children how to fish, planting gardens and caring for their animals on their farm.
Juan is a landscape supervisor and has been a part of the C&B Landscape Management team since 2008. He has worked in the landscape industry for over 25 years and has ample knowledge in the design and build aspects of the business. He has been involved in all facets of the business from maintenance and irrigation to chemical and fertilizer applications as well. Juan is married and has 4 children; he enjoys soccer and spending time watching his children play sports.
Ivan is our landscape maintenance supervisor. Ivan plays a vital role in our company to ensure each maintenance crew is performing their assigned duties safely, efficiently and par to the C&B level of expectation. He has been with our company since 2002 and has a keen eye for detail when on site at any of our properties we maintain. Ivan is married and has 3 children, he enjoys soccer, fishing and time with his family.
